Training Workshop for Security Supervisors of Rural Hydropower System concluded successfully

   ---Training Workshop of Chinese Ministry of Water Resources for Security Supervisors of Rural Hydropower System, which is sponsored by Bureau of Rural Hydropower and Electrification Development (MWR), organized by HRC and co-organized by Chongqing Rural Hydropower and Electrification Development Center, has concluded as a success in the beautiful hilly city of Chongqing. More than 50 participants from 18 counties under 10 districts in Chongqing Municipality attended this 4-day training workshop. This workshop not only constitutes the first attempt for the Bureau of Rural Hydropower and Electrification Development to host training workshops in a local region but also initiates the practice that HRC cooperate with local authorities and organize the training workshop in a local region. The organizers highly value this workshop and have made tremendous efforts to cooperate with co-organizers in Chongqing and have formulated training aims and outlines according to the teaching materials and arranged the courses in a delicate and scientific manner. The evaluation of the participants shows that this training workshop is quite effective and highly appreciated. (2009-11-19)
