---On October 14th, accompanied by
Dr. Shen Jianping of Beijing Century Flying Eagle International
Trade Co., Ltd, Director of Nigerian National Agency For
Science & Engineering Infrastructure Prof. O.O.Adewoye
and his delegation visited HRC.
Director of HRC Ms.Cheng Xialei and
Nigerian delegates had a friendly talk over such domains
as SHP equipment manufacturing, project development, project
design and consulting and human resources training in
Nigeria. Nigerian National Agency For Science & Engineering
Infrastructure had sent three of its members to participate
in the TCDC international training workshops organized
by HRC in the past. The agency highly appreciated HRC's
efforts to promote SHP development in developing countries
through holding foreign-aid training workshops and providing
technical service over the past 30 years; it firmly recognized
HRC's comprehensive strength concerning policy study,
scientific research, design, consulting and international
trade, etc. and sincerely promised that it would carry
out cooperation with HRC on hydropower energy in an all-round
manner, thus making contributions to the development of
SHP in Africa jointly. An MOU was formed over the cooperation
and division of efforts for the next stage.

Science and Technology Mr. Li Zhiwu, Vice Chief of New-Tech
