---Keklicek hydropower station and
Akcay hydropower station have been commissioned and put
into operation successfully in Turkey, inside which the
main electromechanical equipment is provided from Hangzhou
Yatai Hydro Equipment Competing Co., Ltd. (briefed as
Hangzhou Yatai), a subsidiary of Hangzhou Regional Center
(Asia-Pacific) for Small Hydro Power (HRC).
Akcay station is located in Aydin, with
the rated water head of 87.37m, in which a vertical Francis
turbine-generator sets are applied with the total installed
capacity of 2กม11MW and 1กม5.5MW. Keklicek station is located
in Malatya, and it is a run-of-the-river type with a tunnel
and a channel. The design water head is 166.5m and 2 horizontal
Francis turbine-generator sets are installed with the
capacity of 2กม4337kW. Hangzhou Yatai has supplied the
turbine-generator sets and the related SCADA systems for
these 2 hydropower stations. With unremitting efforts,
the installation, commissioning and testing has been finished
for these 2 hydropower stations and two projects have
been accepted by the project owner. (2009-08-28)
