---On Mar. 6th 2009, HRC's summary
meeting was held of Studying and Practicing the Scientific
Outlook on Development.
The Study and Practice started in October
last year and all the tasks accomplished within the past
four months. With the close attention paid by the higher
organization of the Chinese Communist Party as well as
the active participation of the party members and cadre
in HRC, the activity of studying and practicing the Scientific
Outlook on Development has been well organized and implemented,
guaranteeing a smooth progress. In the satisfaction assessment
carried out among the party members in HRC, the "satisfaction
rate" reached 95% and all the staffs showed their
full recognition of the fruits of the activity and held
the view that HRC has a deep perception of the Scientific
Outlook on Development, a precise capture of the problems,
a thorough analysis of the causes, a clear way of development
and a feasible set of measures.
Ms. Cheng Xialei, Executive Deputy
Director of HRC, gave a sum-up speech, which looked back
to the basic status of the activity, systematically summarized
the fruits and characteristics of the activity and put
forward some specific measures to reinforce the achievements.
She noted that the activity of studying and practicing
the Scientific Outlook on Development inspired all the
party members in HRC with remarkable results achieved.
Firstly, the awareness of applying the Scientific Outlook
on Development has been further raised. Secondly, the
way of scientific development has been clearer. Thirdly,
the key problems have been found out through meticulous
analysis and examination, basically realizing the objective
of "raising ideological awareness, addressing key
problems, innovating the system and mechanism, and promoting
the scientific development".
Ms. Cheng Xialei also put forward some
requirements to consolidate the achievement of the activity.
She noted that HRC should continue to do well the follow-up
work to reinforce the fruits achieved via the activity.
We should put our efforts on strengthening the leadership
build-up, raising our capacity of applying the Scientific
Outlook on Development, fulfilling every modification
measures and changing our attitudes in both mentality
and work in order to push our work to a new higher level
and stage.
All the Party members in HRC and the
middle-level cadre attended the meeting.(2009-03-18)
