---Few days ago, Chinese Ministry of
Water Resources issued document of assigning the tasks
to HRC: <Guidelines for Hydro Energy Resource Investigation
Evaluation> (Formulation), <Guidelines of Power
Planning for Rural Hydropower Supply Area> (Revision),
<Design Guidelines of SHP Power Grid Energy-saving
and Refurbishment> (Formation), <Optimized Operation
for Rural Hydropower Stations> (Revision) and <Norms
of SHP Construction Technology> (Revision). In accordance
with the requirements in the document, HRC will mobilize
expertise to implement earnestly the related formulation
and revision of guidelines and norms, accomplishing all
the tasks indicated in the contract. (2008-12-12)
