---At 2:00 p.m. of Oct. 21st, about
50 staff of HRC participated in the racing competition
around the West Lake. Leaders of HRC, including Ms. Cheng
Xialei, Mr. Xu Jincai and Mr. Huang Jianping, were also
among the participants taking an active part in the racing.
In spite of the wind and long route,
all the participants were still in high spirit. The whole
distance covered 7 kilometers in total. The long racing
was a tough test of both will and physical strength, but
nobody quitted halfway. The quickest runner finished the
whole distance within only 55 minutes.
The racing activity aimed at relaxing
the whole staff from work and encouraging to do more off-work
sports. It also provided a good platform for staff to
communicate with each other. It left deep impression on
all the participants.
Finally, 12 participants respectively
took the first three places of each group. They were:
Li Haiyan, Lin Xuxin and Pan Daqing
in the men's group (aged above 40).
Wang Hang, Wang Yi and Hu Changshuo
in the men's group (below 40).
Jin Xiyu, Chen Jianling and Shen Xuequn
in the women's group (above 40).
Su Jing, Shi Jin, Yang Jia in the women's
