Mr. Victor Yanez, Senior Vice President of TIS (Technology
Investments & Solutions Ltd. headquartered in Santiago,
Chile paid a visit to HRC in the morning of May 14, 2007.
A fruitful talk was held between both parties on cooperating
to develop small hydropower projects in Chile, Latin America
and other related areas. Besides, Mr. Yanez also expressed
his intense interest and appreciation for HRC's expertise,
experience and achievements made in past years, and hoped
to sign a cooperative MOU soon. (2007-05-15)
