---Not long ago, three officials from
the related departments of Hangzhou government called
on the retired leader Mr. Shen Lunzhang of HRC who had
been absent from the commending meeting, with the certificate
of merit and the praise from city leaders.
Earlier, Mr. Shen had put forward suggestions
to the solution of the city's increasing severe traffic
jam to the related departments of Hangzhou, with a unique
perspective as a senior person, winning the high affirmation
and awarded as one of the ten excellent residents giving
good advice in the year 2005.
Mr.Shen has decided that the whole awarded
1000 RMB Yuan be contributed to the poverty-stricken students
