---Further to his first visit to HRC
two years ago, Mr. Hassan, a hydropower expert with the
Ministry of Energy of Sudan, called on the center again
on 28 April. The old friends, with pleasure, held an in-depth
discussion on SHP cooperation for African countries. Mr.
Hassan also showed his great interests in the international
training courses conducted by HRC every year, and expected
to recommend appropriate personnel from his country to
participate in such productive events in future. Mr. Hassan
was deeply impressed with HRC's fruitful achievements
and prosperous prospects.(2006-04-30)
