---On April 2 afternoon, a group of
leaders, headed by the vice minister of Chinese Ministry
of Water Resources Mr. Hu Siyi paid a visit to HRC. Other
members include director general Mr. Ye Jianchun from
Tai Lake Basin Administration Bureau, inspector Mr. Chen
Ziqiang from the department of Personnel Labour Education,
deputy director general Mr. Chen Mingzhong from the department
of International Cooperation and Science+Technology and
assistant inspector Mr. Zhang Xinyu. This group of officials
visited SHP New-Technique Laboratory established by HRC
and training facilities. Mr. Hu highly affirmed the achievements
at various aspects obtained by HRC these years and put
forward some recommendations to the future work.(2006-04-03)
