2005, HRC has been entrusted by Chinese Ministry of Commerce
to implement two international training workshops on small
hydropower for developing countries. One is for African
participants to be conducted from 2 to 26 Sept. The working
language will be in French, the first kind of HRC since
its establishment. The other is from 20 Oct to 28 Nov for
participants from Asia-Pacific regions.
So far, applicants from Asia, Africa and
Latin America have applied for attendance. During the training
workshop, SHP Forum will be held in which participants are
expected to give presentations introducing the country brief,
its SHP development, experience and recommendations for
international SHP cooperation etc. Presentation from each
county will last about one hour.(2005-07-20)
