recent days, Dr. N. Hassan, an expert from the Ministry
of Electricity, Sudan, visited HRC. The close and friendly
discussions were held between the two sides, focusing on
the SHP development in Sudan, inclusive of the technical
cooperation and training. A memorandum of Understanding
for Small Hydropower Development in Sudan was signed in
HRC. During his stay in Hangzhou, Dr. Hassan also paid a
visit to some of the SHP stations designed by HRC, and was
deeply impressed.(2005-01-17)
