---The
2004 HRC Annual Summing-up Meeting was held On 8 Jan. 2005.
The leaders from Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute, inclusive
of President Zhang Ruikai, Vice General Secretary Bai Wenzheng,
Vice President Sun Jinhua, Vice President Liu Heng and Vice
President Cai Yaobo were all present. President Zhang passed
on the gist of the Summit for Directors of Provincial Water
Departments to HRC staff. After listening to the 2004 Annual
Working Report and the Working Proposal for 2005 made by
Dr. Chen Shengshui, director of HRC, President Zhang showed
his great satisfaction to what HRC had achieved and was
gratified at the sound mental attitude of staff. The unremitting
efforts and more fruitful results are highly expected in
