meeting on human resource development & cooperation
to foreign countries was conducted in 24-26 Dec by the Chinese
Ministry of Commerce in Beijing. In all 19 training organizations
including HRC gave presentations to exchange training experience.
The management regulations on such training were discussed
earnestly and the Ministry officials outlined the training
programs for foreign countries in the year 2004. HRC's training
coordinator Mr.Pan attended the meeting. For the year 2004,
HRC plans to implement two training workshops on small hydro
power.. The exact dates of the two training workshops will
be announced at HRC's homepage when they are finally fixed.
