the future you are expected to play a bigger role in SHP
promotion in your country and serve as the bridge for SHP
cooperation between your country and HRC", as quoted
from Director Chen Shengshui's speech delivered at the closing
ceremony of 2003 TCDC International Training Workshop on
SHP on November 18, which inspired everybody, and also declared
the conclusion of this training workshop simultaneously.
Totally 37 engineers from 24 countries
joined this training course, and after an overall training
oriented on SHP, case study and site visit to SHP stations
and manufacturers, all the participants well accomplished
their tasks and were highly qualified. Meanwhile, trainees
from different backgrounds helped each other and deepened
their mutual understanding and friendship. Just as one of
the trainees said, "we are all brothers and sisters,
and we are members in the global SHP family--HRC. All these
good memories will be cherished forever."
On the closing ceremony, Dr. Chen
also presented all the participants certificates and beautiful
