On August 2, a delegation from TEPIA Group (Japan) paid
a visit to HRC, which was composed of Dr. Liu Bingyi, the
President/CEO, and two project managers of Shanghai TEPIA
Technology Co., Ltd. A friendly and close discussion on
SHP cooperation between the two sides has been held cordially
at HRC building. As per the introduction of Dr. Liu, the
construction of large dam is restricted in Japan due to
the consideration of environmental protection; however,
the development on SHP, well known as a kind of clean and
environmentally sound renewable energy, is greatly encouraged
and supported by the Japanese Government. Getting to know
more about the advanced SHP technology and equipment development
in China, Dr. Liu expressed his sincere hope to join hands
with HRC in exploring the SHP equipment market in Japan,
since the Chinese SHP equipment, either on its technical
level, or the price, is shown to be quite competitive. Furthermore,
as the second largest Power Corporation in Japan and being
with abundant capital, the potential partner also desired
to cooperate with HRC to make investment in SHP construction
