group of delegates from Vietnam headed by Mr.Hoang Van Thang,
Director of Hydro Power Center of Vietnam visited HRC recently
and held friendly talks with Director Chen and other HRC
leaders for potential SHP cooperation. During the visit,
HRC arranged study tour for Vietnamese guests to hydro power
equipment manufacturers. The "Meeting Minutes"
was signed, indicating that the Chinese side shall provide
the financing assistance for the procurement of equipment
at some potential SHP sites in Vietnam.(2002-10-24)
