  Hangzhou Yatai Supervision & Consultation Co. Ltd. (aka, the former Supervision Center of HRCSHP) is a league A engineering supervision company approved by the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources and is an independent legal entity. Its business scope covers construction consultation and supervision on water conservancy & hydropower, road & bridge, and housing projects. The company has passed the ISO 9001:2000 Quality System Certification in 2003, the ISO14001: 2004 Environmental Management System, and the OHSAS18001: 1999 Occupational Safety and Health Management System in 2010.

  This company has a large number of comprehensive professionals of related specialties, and skillful management personnel. It has a total staff of 265, in which there are 3 professor-level senior engineers, 42 senior engineers, 160 engineers, 32 chief supervisors and 96 ministerial registered supervising engineers. Incumbent supervisors have all passed the professional training and possess the professional certificate.

  The personnel of the company major in various specialties, including hydraulic structure, electromechanical equipment, metal structure, geology, topographical survey, building materials, hydrology, project cost, industrial and civil construction, PC management and project finance, etc. The company is capable of undertaking the supervision on all kinds of water resources and hydropower projects.

  The company is fully equipped. Besides the common engineering testing equipments, the company also owns efficient communicating tools, information equipments and necessary forms of transport, based on which, efficient service are offered to fulfill the supervision on various projects.

  The company provides its excellent services, and it has adopted the principles of "abiding by the laws, justice, credibility and scientific basis" and the rule of "reputation first". In the past years, the company has undertaken the supervision on more than 300 projects including hydraulic complex, hydropower plants (including pumped storage power plants), pumping station in South-to-North water diversion project, reservoirs, standard sea dikes, city flood-control, inning projects, river training, reservoir reinforcement, water diversion, sluices and other hydraulic engineering projects, most of which have been highly evaluated by the owners or other related sectors.
